Artwork and photos

All designs, drawings and photos on this site belong to DarkDay Tattoo unless noted otherwise. Please don't copy, reproduce or have them tattooed elsewhere without written permission. Sharing a link to this site or our social pages is always welcome.

Enquiries are not bookings

Sending an enquiry doesn't reserve a date or commit either of us to a tattoo. An appointment is confirmed only when we agree on it by email. Any deposit, pricing and cancellation terms are set out at that point.

Getting tattooed

• You must be at least 18 and bring valid government-issued photo ID, such as a BC ID, driver’s licence or passport. No exceptions.
• We may decline any design or placement we don't think will work well or age well.
• Healed results depend on your skin and aftercare. Photos on this site show individual results and aren't a guarantee.

Reference images you send

By sending reference images you confirm you're allowed to share them. We use them only to design your tattoo.

Links to other sites

This site links to Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Liability

This website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from using it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
